Bajaj Auto and Renault-Nissan have come out with a solution on their ultra low cost (ULC) small car project. The agreement was signed on 10-11-09 to launch the ULC small car in India in 2010 at price at Rs 1.5 lakh.
Bajaj today launched the new avatar called Bajaj Pulsar 135LS in India that sports a powerful 13.5bhp @ 9000rpm an 11.4 Nm of torque @ 7500.
The new Bajaj Pulsar 135LS is married to a five speed gearbox.
As per Bajaj, “the light kerb weight of only 122 kg gives it a great Power-to-weight ratio of 110.6 Ps/tonne to make it optimum balance of agility and comfort to maneuver hustle-and-bustle of urban traffic”.
